Lecturers’ Pedagogic Competence Profile of Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang

This study was conducted to determine the pedagogic competency profile of Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang lecturers in Diploma IV Study Program Airport Engineering Technology (TRBU), III Management (MBU) and Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting (PPKP). The type research used this is descriptive quantitative. subjects were all from each program, both PSDT practitioner/industry lecturers. data collected through observation, questionnaires documentation studies. Data analysis uses average percentage scores. aims look at abilities who are assessed 5 (five) assessment indicators. results indicate ability competence on indicators understanding students depth (23.18%) designing learning including educational foundation for benefit (20.01%) carrying out (21.46%) implementing evaluations (20.012%) developing actualize their various competencies overall lecturer's pedagogical (47.28%) good category. Indicators success can be seen currently have competence. These implications giving awareness importance mastering as an effort improve quality education system Palembang.
